🎯 HOW IT WORKS
Form a team of up to 4 people and submit your team to enter
Flying solo? No problem — we'll match you with other like-minded participants and build your team for you
Bring an idea, challenge, or problem you'd like to solve using AI (Tip: knowing your use case and goal is already half the battle)
Spend the day collaborating, building, testing, and refining your idea with support from AI experts and mentors
NewRocket and ServiceNow specialists will be on hand throughout the day to support teams, answer questions, and help bring ideas to life — teams can also request an expert to join them during the challenge
Present your solution live to the judges at the end of the day
Compete against other teams for prizes and the title of Hackathon champions 🏆

09:00 – 09:30 | Arrival & Team Check-in Registration, team confirmation, use case alignment, and mentor assignment.
09:30 – 09:50 | Welcome & Framing Overview of the day, objectives, rules, judging criteria, and how teams will be supported.
09:50 – 10:20 | ServiceNow AI Inspiration Session A ServiceNow-led session showcasing relevant AI capabilities, product direction, platform patterns, and practical use cases to inspire the day's builds.
10:20 – 10:50 | NewRocket Inspire: From AI Idea to Enterprise Impact NewRocket introduces practical frameworks for AI — including Agentic AI, Intelligent Agent Crew, and FlightPath.ai. Teams complete a use case canvas to define their objective, problem, users, AI role, success metrics, and prototype direction.
10:50 – 12:00 | Build Sprint 1 – Define & Prototype Teams refine their use case, shape their value story, design the solution, and begin building with mentor support.
12:00 – 12:45 | Lunch & Expert Office Hours Lunch, networking, and access to NewRocket and ServiceNow experts across AI, platform, UX, workflow design, and business value.
12:45 – 13:00 | Midday Checkpoint Each team shares a 60-second update covering their use case, progress, planned demo, and any blockers.
13:00 – 15:30 | Build Sprint 2 – Build, Refine & Validate Teams continue building, testing, and refining their demo while strengthening the business value story — with ongoing mentor support throughout.
15:30 – 15:55 | Pitch Preparation Teams finalise their demo, slides, value narrative, and responses for the judges.
15:55 – 16:45 | Final Presentations & Judging Teams present their solutions live — including a short demo, value case, and Q&A.
16:45 – 17:00 | Awards & Next Steps Winners announced, key takeaways shared, and promising ideas flagged for potential pilots or follow-up.
